2021 SZIDF Review | An Appointment in Early December
Design serves as a driving force and catalyst for positive change. With the "power" of design to gain insight into society and explore its future-transforming potential, the 9th Shenzhen International Industrial Design Fair (SZIDF) took place from December 1-3, 2021. Under the theme "New Habitat – Design Reshaping the Primordial Forces of Ecosystems", it brought together designers from around the world to explore new human habitats, rooted in Shenzhen yet facing the global stage.

[First Appearance]
Founded in 2016, Shenzhen WYYL Industrial Design Co., Ltd. is a leading design and strategic consulting company in the industry. We provide one-stop services covering industrial product strategy research, exterior design, structural design, packaging design, corporate identity design, and production supply chain integration. With user experience at our core, we are committed to creating classics for enterprises. Since our establishment, our team has won international design awards such as Red Dot, iF, IDEA, and Good Design, with clients worldwide, making us one of the most influential brands in the industry.

[Exhibition Hall Design]
Our exhibition hall design drew inspiration from a space "dome”, creating an environment filled with outer space imagery. A geometric form rotated 270 degrees to form a complete, integrated staggered space—minimal yet infused with technological ambiance.

Illuminated edges on both sides gave the pavilion the appearance of a spaceship traveling through the cosmos. This design created an open, transparent space that showcased the infinite imagination of the dome, with the pavilion design and product display complementing each other to achieve the optimal exhibition effect.

[Case Showcase]
As an innovative design company specializing in medical equipment and displays, our exhibited products focused mainly on these two categories. Each product's form was shaped by the designer's insights into life, conveying a humanistic technology design philosophy through simplicity and meticulous attention to detail.

[On-site Experience]
During the exhibition, our pavilion attracted many visitors. Psychologist Maslow's hierarchy of needs suggests that humans have an inherent aesthetic demand and instinct to approach beautiful things. Everything has its "gravitational pull," and maintaining long-term relationships depends on shared qualities and "attraction". When we showcase things worthy of appreciation, we attract more similar beauty and people into our lives.

[Future Design]
Design is a forward-looking endeavor. Every creation of a new product or conceptual product heralds the future trends of society, culture, and lifestyles. In the future, WYYL Industrial Design will continue to balance commercial needs and artistic refinement, creating more forward-looking and commercially valuable products.
