Single-use Sterile Skin Roller

As a minimally invasive skincare tool, a microneedle roller needs to convey a professional, medical-grade quality while remaining intuitive,safe, and convenient for at-home use.

The design focuses on building user confidence and creating a more approachable and comfortable interaction experience.We refined the ergonomics of the elongated curved handle to follow the natural gripping posture of the hand, providing stable and controled pressure during facial rolling while reducing wrist fatigue. The roller head features a precision module with 192 microneedles and is manufactured through a fully automated assembly and sealing process. A translucent protective dust cover helps preventcontamination during storage while protecting the delicate needle tips, addressing key concerns around hygiene, protection, and everyday storage.
